Each retreat is different and curated to the teacher, their students and the location. Your accommodations, yoga, daily meals and transfer to/from the retreat location are almost always included. Excursions, meals away from the retreat center or transportation from other locations might incur add on fees. All of these details are specified in advance when registering.

Single travelers are always welcome on our retreats. You can book a single room to have all to yourself or you can sign up for a double and we will pair you with another student of the same gender. Don't be intimidated to come alone, our teachers create positive group experiences and many students make new friends while on retreat!

We do not book flights to/from our retreats. We recommend the closest airports and modes of transportation and often arrange a transfer from airport to retreat center. You are responsible for booking your flights and alternative transportation if you are not coming on the organized group airport transfer.

Yes! We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Two suggested companies are Travelex and Allianz. Do your research to determine the best coverage for your needs.

Yes! Please reach out to us to request a payment plan. To receive the early bird rate on any retreat you must be paid in full by the designated date. If you need more time your payment plan can be extended beyond the early rate deadline at the higher cost.

Deposits are not refundable or transferable. If you have paid in full and must cancel before the no refunds date, you will be refunded less the deposit. If you cancel after the no refunds date, there are no refunds or payment transfers. If you fail to pay your balance due by the designated due date, your booking is subject to cancellation.

When booking your retreat you can pay by credit card or direct bank transfer.
